Elrow is part of The Aurnau family brand which found its origin in Fraga (Spain) and is in the entertainment business since 1870. In 2010 the new entertainment concept began to take off and travel the world. Now eight years later we attend their party which is held in collaboration with STRAF_WERK for the third time! STRAF_WERK is a Dutch concept which is founded in 2011 and focuses on dancing, having fun and enjoying the deeper house  sounds. The party is held in 2  medium sized areas in “ Het Klokgebouw” in Eindhoven.

We arrived around 12 O’clock, lines were long and the venue was about to get packed. The crew of this collaboration welcomed us friendly and we went to the Elrow stage. Benny Rodrigues was playing soft relaxing beats and the crowd began to get in the mood. The decoration of Elrow can be described as over-the-top, magical and in on this particular event from-outer-space. Every corner of the area is filled with colourful details, spaceships, moving objects, and visuals that are based on our milky way.

After approximately one hour we decided to check out the STRAF_WERK stage where the Swiss DJ Adriatique was playing. This area was in contrast to Elrow not decorated but filled with strokes of light that were reacting on the beats the DJ dropped.  2 areas with their own unique atmospheres. We decided to have fun and go back to Elrow where the Space Carnival was in full motion.

Disguised Spacemen and loads of confetti were floating around in the Elrow area while we attended the beats of Nick Curley, Richy Ahmed and the first few minutes of Matador. The crowd had fun throwing and playing with inflatable’s Elrow’s  crew provided. Around 4pm  we decided to go back to STRAF_WERK to see Reinier Zonneveld.

Reinier Zonneveld performed live and got the crowd into ecstasy with his hypnotic beats and crazy songs like “Move your body to the beat” the strokes of light combined with the concrete walls turned the stage into a rave basement. The strong beats were not comparable to the stage of Elrow and made us stay till the end. It was Sam Paganini who closed our night of a successful collaboration between Elrow and STRAF_WERK.
